Improved SQL engine
Description
The new SQL Storage Engine.
Main ideas:
- store attributes as json in the version row
- establish index tables for attributes
- remove modified_subnode as db field and add SPI function
- remove node assignment table
- split url alias table in cache table for generated url alias
and custom url alias - remove opcodes from relation table
- remove shop and workflow tables
- remove comments tables and other not used tables
- add multilanguage support to Roles and ContentTypeGroups
- add TranslationInfo
- revise index definitions, foreign keys, constraints
- replace language mask with other mechanism to support more than 32/64 languages
- remove unused columns
