Multi Repository & Site
Description
This epic is about providing capabilities to allow management for Sites (several sites whit-in on repository aka database) and management of repositories. Suggested user interface involves giving backend UI to deal with both, but see below on spec / scope.
The epic also historically tracks issues concerning making sure REST/PHP API can understand the concept of a "Site", but also adding the concept of a "Repository" (done in 5.2 and further in 5.3 as yml configuration).
This Epic needs spec / scope: Most likely we'll want to de-scope multi repository handling from UI unless we want to change how we handle configuration both for sites as well as repositories, completely. Repository involves several task for config and backend setup to be done by Developer and deployed with the application, however as CAAS variant of the software could still accomplish this on top with conventions.
