Add configuration options that make it possible to change the Legacy DFS Backend handler to another class (currently eZDFSFileHandlerDFSBackend).

Clear interfaces should be defined so that additional handlers can easily be implemented, and instantiation should be flexible enough to allow complex instantiation while staying backward compatible.

Required by cloud storage of content assets.
