File extension is missing when upload files with ezoe upload feature or content/upload module.
So, when a file without extension is downloaded, the opening program will not found by browser.

Steps to reproduce :
1. Upload a .docx or .xlsx file from online editor upload form
2. Try to download the created file
3. The browser will not found any apllication to open this file.
