When executing legacy assets install with the relative option the index_cluter.php and index_rest.php will be generated with absolute include path, not relative as specified in the command.

php ezpublish/console ezpublish:legacy:assets_install --symlink --relative web

This behavior should be changed to honor the --relative flag if set.

This will also benefit eZ Publish standard tar file distribution installs as they are currently distributed with broken path because of this.
