Remove UserService::moveUserGroup() method

    Description

      UserService::moveUserGroup() works with main Locations of the UserGroups only, while UserGroup can have multiple Locations.

      Therefore the functionality provided by it is incomplete. It is possible to do the same using LocationService, but also moving additional UserGroup's Locations, aside from the main one.
