Steps to Reproduce

1. Hover over the "Create" navigation tab in navigation hub
2. Make the decision to browse to "Extensions 1"
3. Move your mouse to "Extensions 1" using the shortest possible route
   1. For many people the shortest route will be to move in an almost perfectly straight line from "Create" to "Extensions 1"

Expected Results

1. I reach the "Extensions 1" and click on it.

Actual Results

1. The path from "Create" to "Extensions 1" crosses over the "Deliver" navigation tab.
2. The "Deliver" tab is activated and the "Extensions 1" link disappears.
3. I am forced to redo my action, taking care to move the mouse down, across, then up to the "Extensions 1" tab.
