Use Case:
Covers technical needs for doing installations needed for SetupWizard and use cases for Developer persona around installing product and being able to extend installer for storage engines and site packages.

Some of the Sub stories:

• LegacyStorageEngineBundle (can be CoreBundle until this is created in the future)
  • Define a proper format for schema data so we can support any database supported by doctrine
  • ?Might also need to import some very basic data to the initial database?
• Define a proper data (incl binary) export format and implementation, provide a updated clean one and have more extended one in demo bundle

Typical target workflow:

• setup repository (LegacySE in this case, so schema)
• import site package (data)
