NOTE 1: The user will only see the Studio or Studio Plus functionality if it is installed. If Studio/Studio Plus is not installed, then the user will see a marketing page for the respective software, as seen in Wireframe 4c below.

So basically, when Studio and Studio Plus are not installed, if the user chooses one of those zones, he will see a kind of static page.
A possible way to implement that, would be to reuse the server side rendering we have in the admin part. So the content would actually come from an AJAX request.
