Implementation relies on providing asort php function with potential several entries with same priority index. This broken logic currently works in PHP 5.x for some magical reason, but breaks in PHP 7.0 and most likely also HHVM.

This is mostly relevant for future releases, but is back ported as well to avoid surprises if something regarding this pops up in future stable 5.x.y release.
