In a lots of places, we don't need the full Content but only the ContentInfo, so we should introduce a ContentInfo model in the PlatformUI. It's very close to the Content model but without the fields (so we don't have to worry about the language when loading it).

Once we have the ContentInfo model, we should use it instead of the Content model where we don't need the fields. In addition, the ContentInfo will be embed in the REST Location schema, this will decrease the required request number and improve a lot the PlatformUI performances.
