Until eZ Publish 5.2 there was no need to check release notes pages to update eZ Publish. With composer and eZP 5.3, each release notes might have additional steps the customer might need to perform to update eZ Publish.

That said, since we have a lot of customers upgrading to eZ Publish 5.3 and 5.4, it's important that the warning text below is added to the pages with the upgrade instructions for eZP 5.4 and 5.4:

• Upgrading from 5.3 to 5.4
• Upgrading from 5.2 to 5.4
• Upgrading from 5.2 to 5.3
• Upgrading from 5.1 to 5.3

Minor Versions Upgrade Warning
Please have in mind that, after the upgrade to a major version of eZ Publish, you will need to perform regular updates with composer. Before any minor update with composer, please execute all require steps described in the corresponding Release Notes page.
