Several parts of the kernel can be externalized into components, SiteAccess matching, Configuration Resolver is one such thing.

This is about:

• promoting different parts of eZ Platform
• de coupling kernel
• allow reuse so external projects can use and contribute to components from eZ

Because of bc, and Zeta, this won't be in a eZ\Component namespace, but might be a lib + bridge extending CoreBundle for instance.
