Delayed indexing is on. Search is handled by Solr.

Moving a node creates an entry in ezpending_actions. Move a node, and then delete the object (move it to the trash) before the indexcontent cronjob runs. The indexcontent cronjob will fail badly in that it will continue to try to index that object incessantly.
