Cannot remove a policy from a RoleDraft

    Description

      PolicyDraft was introduced in EZP-24898, but RoleService was not updated to enable PolicyDraft removal from RoleDraft.
      Method RoleService::removePolicyByRoleDraft() still mentions a Policy object, not PolicyDraft.

      Besides, legacy storage engine gateway discriminates policy draft removal against regular policy, which is unneeded and counter productive.
