Actually installer adds some policies not needed anymore (at least for now) by platform stack. For example, ezoe related ones and content/pdf (this probably could be needed in a future, but really can't say...)
It would be good to remove those from cleandata.sql.

This will have a implication to those who still plan to use legacy interface as they have to manually re-add those policies if they need them. So, probably we can move these policies to the legacy-bridge-installer
