Description
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Login to eZ Platform,
2. Go to Admin Panel,
3. Select Users,
4. Select a user group your currently logged in user belongs to (eq. editors),
5. Select a logged in user,
6. Click on Edit button in the right sidebar,
7. Update the user image,
8. Publish changes,
9. Notice that the image in the user profile in the navigation hub haven't changed.
