I deleted the initial folder that comes pre-installed because I don't want eng-GB as the default and I don't want the homepage to be a folder content item but one I create.

I can't create anything now and receive an error "Failed to the load root locations" which that error message is confusing. Failed to load root locations is better.

I can restore the db from a backup, just wanted to point this out.
