Steps to reproduce:
Create a user
Remove it (Send to trash)
Empty trash (optional)

User stills exists in ezuser table and other related tables like ezuser_settings. I don't know if this is intended to work like this but it can cause problems in case a user with same username or email(for my case emails are unique) need to register.
