In Textline fieldtype, is being permitted the "Minimum length" to be bigger than the "Maximum length"

    Description

      Steps to Reproduce

      1) Create one content type with a textline (or textblock) fieldtype, where:
      Minimum length = 5 and
      Maximum length = 4
      2) Save the content type - The content type is saved without any warning or error

      I don't know if this lack of validation is due EZP-25689
      This issue has already happened and been fixed in EZP-25341
