In Online Editor, it should not be possible to add an embed in a list item. Preventing that involves 2 main changes:

1. when a giving the focus to a list item, the whole list should receive focus (the dashed grey border)
2. when adding an embed in that case, the embed should be added after the list, not inside the list

Original issue:
In the new editor when adding an embed object as a list item there is no way to hit return to add a new list item.

Steps to reproduce:

• In a rich text field click the + icon and add a new list
• As the element of the first list item embed in an object
• Try hitting enter to add the next list item in the next line, but nothing happens.
