Unable to use Online Editor when using PHP7

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:
      • Login into admin interface and activate ezdebug
      • Try to create one folder

      When editing the folder, we can't see the online editor buttons and we have a warning

      Parameter 1 to eZOEXMLInput::eZOEXMLInput() expected to be a reference, value given in /var/www/ezp54/ezpublish5/ezpublish_legacy/lib/ezutils/classes/ezextension.php on line 551
