Steps to reproduce

• Login into admin;
• Verify that you can see "My Dashboard" phrase;
• Click on "Content -> Content Structure" and verify that the "Minimize" buttons on the action bar or the discovery bar (both sides) can be seen.
• Create some content (any name. Might be "Folder1");
• Go to "My Dashboard" again (clicking the eZ Logo on the top left corner);
• Go to the bottom in "All Content" table, and "view" Folder1 previously created (click the row and click "View" on the rightside icon; important: you have to scroll down for this. If you have your browser maximised, then unmaximise it so you can scroll down);
• When on the view page of Folder1, try to scroll-up as much as possible. The "Minimize" buttons can no longer be seen.
• Now, if we go to "My Dashboard" again, we see that "My Dashboard" title has been shifted up and can't be seen completely.
