Steps to recreate the issue
1. Login
2. Navigate to either Places or Tastes
3. Click on one of the sub-items from the list of Places or Tastes and immediately scroll the page down
4. When the article or place page loads completely then you will notice that the entire toolbar on the right side does not show i.e. I have to click on 'view more' to see the rest of the options
5. In the case, when you do not scroll the page the entire toolbar loads correctly on the right side.

Note: Same behavior when I try to edit the article or place.
