After installing latest and stable clean version of eZ Publish Platform from `ezpublish-platform` git repo, community version of the administration panel is shown.

Steps to reproduce:

• git clone ezpublish-platform repo
• checkout latest version (tested on v5.4.9)
• add auth.json file (credentials)
• do composer install
• follow the ez publish installation steps
• log-in to the administration dashboard

You will see that instead of `eZ Publish Platform` logo in the left-top corner, there is a logo with `Community version` text below. Footer is also related to community version. Service portal link is missing.
