Reorganize user documentation contained in the https://doc.ez.no/display/USER space:

• make the user guide task-based instead of interface-based
• restructure so that Platform and Platform EE are treated as one product (instead of the current division into a section for eZ Platform and eZ Enterprise)
• move content to a smaller number of long pages with a minimum of visual decorations (reduce the number of colored warnings, boxes etc.)
