After the 1.7.1.1 micro-release, since the tables are now preserved, but the attributes colspan and rowspan were not considered they are striped out.
This will leave blanks (holes in the table), because the cells will not stretch to fill the gaps.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Consider the following table: http://www.w3schools.com/code/tryit.asp?filename=FCKQ6Q2LELUK (Click Run to generate the output)
2. Copy the table
3. Paste into a richtext field
4. Publish

Actual behavior: colspan and rowspan are not preserved, and the table will have gaps.
Expected behavior: colspan and rowspan should be preserved, and the cells should stretch to fill the blanks.
