When we add a richtext field to a content type, the "Number of text rows in the editor" option is still appearing

Steps to reproduce

-create one content type that has a richtext fieldtype
-We can see that the "Number of text rows in the editor" field is present in the richtext fieldtype
-If we try to save or cancel the creation of the content type, then we have a form.validation_error notification

Even if we fill in the field and try to publish it, the notification error maintains, making it impossible to create content types with richtext fields.

This works on latest master

As far as I saw this is related with EZP-25007, that has two commits, one for repository forms and the other for ezpublish-kernel.
It seems that the fix for repository forms is not present on 1.9.0-beta2
