Content type "Description" field appears on content-in-the-fly, even if the "description" is empty

    Description

      Steps to reproduce

      -Login into admin as admin
      -Access "eZ Platform" landing page
      -click "copy" button
      -click" Create" tab
      -Select "Folder" (content type without description)
      -Click "Next"
      -Click "Back"

      Here we can see an empty dialog box.
