Using richtext, If I create a link to an internal location and define the link so that he can be opened on a new tab, the link open the object on the same tab instead of a new one.

Steps to Reproduce

-Create one folder (don't publish yet).
-In one of the richxtext fields, create a link
-Click "Select content" and select "ezplatform" as internal location (ezlocation://2)
-click "New tab" button
-save
-Publish the folder
When viewing the created folder, click on the link we just created
