Provide the initial eZ Platform dashboard with:

• the foundation/dashboard framework

• the default widgets
  • as a user I want to see a widget labeled 'Me' which lists all MY content items under My Drafts, My content and My media tabs
  • as a user I want to see a widget labeled 'Everyone' which lists all published content items under Content and Media tabs

• extension point for a developer willing to create a new widget (this will be implemented in the next milestone of Dashboard implementation)
  • as a developer, I want to be able to create a new widget
  • as a developer, I want to be able to create a new tab within an existing widget
