Nothing happens when trying to upload a file with greater size than allowed.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to location view of content that is a container content type,
2. Try to upload a file with a size greater than maximum allowed.

Actual result:
Nothing happens. The progress shows 0%

Expected result:
The message about exceeding file size should be displayed instead of progress bar.
