There is an error in the console when trying to move the empty field in richText.

Steps:
1. Create a new Article
2. Add a Paragraph to the richText (do not fill)
3. Add a Heading to the richText (do not fill)
4. Try to move Heading above Paragraph

Actual: An error is displayed in console
Expected: No error in console
