After new Content Type with ezrelationlist/ezrelationobject is created it's not displayed in the list of Content Types of given Content Type Group (unless cache is cleared).

Steps to reproduce:
1. Start creating a new Content Type
2. Fill name and identifier
3. Add new field definition: "Content relation (single)" or "Content relation (multiple").
4. Publish the Content Type (click "Ok")
5. Navigate to Content Group container in which new Content has been created

Expected:
Created Content Type is visible in the list

Actual:
Created Content Type is not visible in the list. After cache is cleared it becomes visible.
