    Description

      When a default ttl is set in the default scope

      ezpublish:
    system:
        default:
            content:
              default_ttl: 86400

      and in a siteaccess or siteaccess group is set a tree_root

      ezpublish:
    system:
        site_group:
            content:
                tree_root:
                    location_id: 123

      the default_ttl of this siteaccess or siteaccess group is set back to 60
