Notification gets covered by radio-button in content editor.

Steps

1. Publish new article.
2. Edit the article and create new draft.
3. Examine the new draft created notification at the bottom.

Issue: The enable comments radio-button covers the notification (attached).

Remarks: Affects also rich text menu and button (screen 2).
