Needless "<>" for ezauthor in view mode

      Steps

      1. Create CT with ezauthor, not required
      2. Create CI with CT from previous step - fill only the name of the author, e-mail address leave empty
      3. Click Publish
      4. When e-mail is empty "<>" appears next to the name of author - see attachment.
