Preconditions:

Another administrator user exists in application (for ex.: admin2)

Steps:

1. Log in as admin
2. Go to Admin/Content Types
3. Create new, simple content type save it
4. Go to edit mode of content type from previous step
5. Log out
6. Log in as admin2
7. Go to Admin/Content Type
8. Choose CT from step 3 and click on edit button

Actual result:

Error 500 appears: Argument '$contentType' has a bad state: Draft of the ContentType already exists

Expected result:

Message bar is shown with information that CT cannot be edited.
