Can't see mandatory fields not filled

when editing a content item with mandatory fields below the fold, if you don't scroll, you don't see that there is a mandatory field that needs to be filled. You try to publish and you can't. It can get frustrating.

We should implement a warning visible above the fold or just move the focus to the field which pauses problem, as the error message exist but it's just not visible.
