Add tooltips to Discovery & Action bars as a usability standard:

Justification:

• Tooltips help users understand unfamiliar objects that aren’t described directly in the UI. Besides, we need to adapt our app to a multi-lingual UI as much as possible;
• Tittle attribute tooltip is the option that we are implementing from the UI/UX standing point;
• We also need to gain more real state screen, in order to allow UI customization and extending tasks. Labels, and their translation take a space we need to ensure for more interaction buttons.
• Finally, this improvement it is the first step, out of two, regarding Discovery and Action bars. The next step (task) will be define a fix-width for them.

Tasks:
1. Remove button labels;
2. Add translatable tooltips to each of the buttons within Discovery and Action bars (ez-side-menu & ez-context-menu)
