Steps:

1. Create a role with policies listed below:

• User/Login
• Content/Create
• Content/Edit
• Content/Read

2. Create a user with role from step 1
3. Log in as a new user
4. Go to dashboard and click on edit button next to a content item

Actual result:

It seems like nothing has happened. Only console shows 403 (forbidden). It is ok, because there is no Versionread policy. But user can be a little confused without any information.

Expect result:

Maybe user could be informed that it is forbidden or a policy is missing.
