https://validator.w3.org/ is generally complaining about spaces in URLs.

If someone uploads an image with a name like `My image file.png` it will also show those spaces if embedded in content.
A small fix in `eZ/Bundle/EzPublishCoreBundle/Resources/views/content_fields.html.twig` would solve that issue at least for those images.
