Longitude validation appears when user try to publish after editing

    Description

      It occurs when application is displayed in language different than English.

      Steps:

      1. Create Content Type with text line (title) and map location (map)
      2. Go to Content/Content structure and click Create
      3. Select Content Type from step 1
      4. Fill title and type any location for map field and click search button
      5. Click Publish
      6. Click Edit and change something in title
      7. Click Publish

      Actual result:

      Content item is not published, because longitude validation appears. Longitude and latitude fields are empty.
      Console shows:

      The specified value "59,913330" is not a valid number. The value must match to the following regular expression: -?(\d+|\d+\.\d+|\.\d+)([eE][-+]?\d+)?
      241:361 The specified value "10,738970" is not a valid number. The value must match to the following regular expression: -?(\d+|\d+\.\d+|\.\d+)([eE][-+]?\d+)?
      
      Expected result:

      Content is successfully published.

      Hint: If user clicks again search button, fields with coordinates will be filled and user is able to publish now.
