Unable to use AdminUI without admin rights

    Description

      Affects: latest master (v2.4.x-dev).

      It's not possible to use the AdminUI as a user without admin rights.

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Create a new user in "Editors"
      2. Login as that user

      Expected:
      I'm viewing the Dashboard

      Actual:
      Error:

      Internal server error: Type error: Argument 1 passed to Knp\Menu\Util\MenuManipulator::moveToLastPosition() must implement interface Knp\Menu\ItemInterface, null given, called in /home/vagrant/ee_demo/vendor/ezsystems/ezplatform-admin-ui/src/lib/Menu/Admin/ReorderMenuListener.php on line 25 [in vendor/knplabs/knp-menu/src/Knp/Menu/Util/MenuManipulator.php:56]

      which is most likely caused by trying to reorder "Admin" menu tab which is not visible for non-Admin users.
