Collapse all button is not always displayed in Content Tree

Steps:


1. Go to eZ Platform folder.

2. Open Content Tree

Actual result:

Collapse all button is not displayed. Appears when user scrolls page or changes size of browser window.



Expected result:

Button should be visible each time user opens Content Tree
