Inline custom tag does not work with formatted style

Precondition:
Inline custom tag defined

Steps:
1. Create new content which contains RichText field, e.g. Folder.
2. Change style to formatted
3. Type some text.
4. Add inline custom tag

Actual result:
Formatted block is broken, see attached screen.
