Cannot change text position in RTE

Steps:

1. Create new content which contains RichText field, e.g. Folder.
2. Type some text
3. Change text position (Left/Center/Right/Justify)
4. Publish content (do not click anywhere else).

Actual result:
Text position is not changed.
