Steps:

1. Go to Content/Content structure and click Create
2. Select Form and confirm
3. Fill title and click Create a form
4. Drag and drop File and Button
5. In File setting set "Select location" with Media/Images for example
6. In Button settings select "Redirect to a content item" and select Media/Images as well
7. Publish
8. In new tab open the form in front office, upload a file and click the button
9. Go back to the form in back office and switch to Submission tab
10. Refresh the Page and go back to the View tab

Actual result:

Form field seems to be empty.

Expected result:

Form content is visible.
