If you try to click on ezplatform icon in the symfony debug toolbar (affect only dev environement )you will get following error:

An exception has been thrown during the rendering of a template ("Notice: Undefined variable: traces").

This happens in PersistenceCacheCollector.php ~ Line 108 (see screenshot)
suggested fix :

 foreach ($call['traces'] as $traceHash => $traceData) {
