Cannot set eztime field value to 00:00.

Steps:

1. Create a Content Type with the eztime field.
2. Create a new Content item using this CT.
3. Set the eztime field value to 00:00
4. Save or Publish.

Actual result: The field is empty.
Expected: Is possible to set the time to midnight.

Remarks: From 00:01 it works.
